Core Giving Programs
In June, team members vote for their favorite cause to support. In August, we conduct the day of giving with 100 backpacks per location to be filled with appropriate items for each nonprofit.
Employee nominations for their nonprofit of choice are accepted in each Esler location from Nov. 15 – Nov. 30. From Dec. 1 – Dec. 31, each location “pulls” a raffle winner daily, and Window of Giving donates $500 to this organization.
Managers at each Esler location recognize “good deeds” and reward teammates with charitable donations to nonprofits of their choice. Each “seed” is worth $25 in donatable funds to a registered nonprofit.
During the month of October, we honor all the cancer battles by paying tribute to those in our lives that have been touched by this horrible disease. This program entails a “selfie” day to show your support. Each “selfie” is worth a $5 donation to the American Cancer Society.
Our Kids is a charitable giving program for any team member’s child who is age 5 to 18 years old. The purpose of the program is to mentor our youth on the importance of giving back and advocating for themselves.
Giving Spotlight
PINK OUT DAY
Pink Out Day at all of the Esler Companies’ Renewal by Andersen locations across the country is a day to remember! Hundreds of Esler teammates suited up in pink to raise awareness and funds to combat breast cancer. Teammates shared over 400 photos, lots of fun emails, and many, many smiles. Participation resulted in a donation to the American Cancer Society through the company’s Window of Giving program. Thank you to all Esler teammates for taking action, showing love, and having fun while doing it!
