Mike Clancy has been an integral part of the RbA family for over a decade. Starting out as a RbA Sales Representative in Boston, Mike has climbed the ranks of Esler Companies to become Senior VP of Sales, overseeing all markets. His dedication to the RbA brand is clear in every aspect of his work and serves as the driving force for his success.
Drawn to Esler Companies for the expansive opportunities it offers, Mike loves the feeling of autonomy, and believes that the ability to have a voice is what drives the company’s culture, creating a “family business” feel. By embodying this familial attitude, Mike has led Colorado, the largest company in the RbA network, to be named “Top Place to Work” four years in a row.
Throughout his career, Mike has been a fair and honest leader who teammates can rely on for heartfelt feedback and support. He believes firmly that there are no wrong answers, and that the most meaningful professional growth comes when learning from one’s mistakes. Accordingly, he is a strong proponent of promoting from within, and has helped dozens of people transition into roles of greater responsibility.
Mike graduated from Westfield State University with a degree in Business Management/Marketing. During his studies, he honed the skills that would prove pivotal to success throughout his career: sales management, team building, account management, and strong leadership. Before joining Renewal by Andersen, Mike worked at the Worcester, MA-based GIA Mortgage Corp., where he established himself as an adroit Sales Manager.
Mike appreciates that his current position allows him to be back home in Massachusetts, where he can spend more quality time with his extended family. In his free time, Mike likes to go to the movies and the beach with his wife, Sarah, and their two young children, Colin and Evelyn.
