From The Heart

Window of Giving encourages and supports giving to causes that are important to our teammates and serve the greater good.

For each Renewal by Andersen window installed, $5 supports the Window of Giving program, providing paid volunteer time, “wish list” donations, grant funding and sponsorship, and a 3:1 corporate match.

Window of Giving Hinkley Check

There are four ways that Window of Giving facilitates our giving back to the communities in which we live and work:

The Window of Giving Program Manager sets up and facilitates giving of time by coordinating group or team volunteer initiatives. By providing our teammates with four hours of paid volunteer time to participate in group initiatives or individual efforts, they are able to serve non-profits of their choice.

Window of Giving supports participation in “wish list” matching events. Our teammates are given opportunities to participate in drives and events that collect “wish list” and “in-kind” goods for which non-profits have stated needs (e.g. food, bedding, clothing etc.).

Non-profit organizations in our Renewal by Andersen markets are eligible to apply for grant funding and sponsorships through Window of Giving. Priority is given to the organizations in which our teammates are engaged.

The Matching program enables our team members to give a financial donation to a non-profit organization with matching financial support from Window of Giving. Matching gifts have a $25 minimum. Window of Giving matches all donations at a 3:1 ratio, not to exceed $1,000 per teammate annually.

Our Program Manager

Any company can write a check to support a non-profit. It takes innovation to develop a program that creates a win-win partnership between the company and the community. By turning love into action we prove to our communities that we care.

I am honored to be a part of a company that makes such impactful contributions to the areas in which we live and work.
