Greg Mazares is the General Manager for RbA of Southern New England. Greg is an accomplished, results driven general manager who prides himself on developing his employees to advance their careers. He employs a process-driven, analytical approach to business. However, he understands that business is conducted by people, and believes his time is best spent in the field with his people rather than behind his desk reviewing spreadsheets.
Greg spent thirteen years with UniFirst Corporation as a general manager, where he won numerous awards for both top and bottom line growth. He has an extensive sales and operations background in route-based service businesses. Greg earned a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME. Additionally, he holds a M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
Greg prides himself on his intense focus on, not only satisfying the customer, but earning customer loyalty and trust. Doing business With Love and espousing the philosophy that “Everybody’s Gotta Win”, are values that Greg has held his entire career. These values made the transition to Esler in October 2018 an easy one.
