Bob Klane is the Vice President of Inside Sales for Esler Companies, where he leads the Telefluent Communications team across three locations serving nine markets. With a passion for growing both the business and its people, Bob plays a key role in driving lead generation, performance, and career development within the inside sales function.
He began his career in advertising, working for agencies in Boston and San Francisco before moving into tech sales, where he sold database software to Fortune 500 companies. Bob joined Esler Companies in 2005, when the inside sales team supported just one market with seven part-time agents. Today, that team is nearly 200 strong and plays a critical role in fueling the company’s growth.
Throughout his career, Bob has remained focused on developing talent and creating pathways for success. He finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing teammates turn entry-level roles into high-earning, long-term careers. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Northeastern University and continues to bring curiosity, tenacity, and a people-first mindset to his leadership.
Bob lives in Massachusetts with his wife, Jolene, and their three children: Caroline, Harrison, and Brennan. When he’s not working, he enjoys golfing and cheering his kids on at their sports and extracurricular activities.
