Challenging the status quo to reach new heights
Andrea Bice leads the HR team focusing on teammate relations, benefits administration, and talent management. With more than 17 years of HR experience, she has spent her career leading significant change efforts through rapid acquisition growth or downsizing through divestiture efforts. She prides herself on challenging the status quo and pushing for growth and improvement across every team with which she partners.
When not at work, Andrea spends her time with her husband and two children, outdoors, enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. She doesn’t limit herself to Colorado though, as she has never turned down a road trip no matter the distance!
Andrea holds her Bachelor of Science in Management from Northern Illinois University, her MBA from Keller University, and her SHRM-SCP designation.
