Delivering an exceptional teammate experience

Christina brings over 20 years of People and HR management experience to Esler Companies. She earned her BS, BA at Northeastern University with a concentration in Human Resources and Information Systems. Christina has worked for startup companies such as Lycos, SignalSoft, Openwave in her early career. She has also worked for EMC/Dell where she gained larger corporate experience in Human Resource Management. Christina is an active member of the people industry with expertise in talent and serves as a member of the Forbes HR Counsel as an active contributor both in articles and within forums.

Christina joined Esler Companies in 2016 and has been an integral part of the leadership team focusing on Talent Acquisition, Culture, Teammate Experience, and Philanthropy. Christina is focused on delivering an exceptional teammate experience. She built up the Esler Companies Talent Acquisition team from the ground level up with an emphasis on the candidate connection and the full experience. Christina has created an intentional approach to culture by design. Each stage in the teammate’s journey is measured via NPS and built to provide an experience. Much of the culture is around giving back. Christina is responsible for the oversight and engagement of the Window of Giving program in which Esler Companies donates back approximately a million dollars each year.

Christina’s interpersonal skills & human experience design are core strengths of the Esler people-centered culture. She was an integral part of the team implementing and building a culture philosophy of doing business “with love”.

Born in Kentucky and raised in Massachusetts, the Esler Co office is right around the corner from home. In her free time, you to find her traveling, skiing, golfing, painting, and enjoying time with her husband, three children, extended family, and friends.
