Collin Burg brings a people-first approach and a high-performance mindset to his role as General Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Southern Maine and New Hampshire.
Before joining Esler Companies in 2021, Collin built a successful career in the medical and dental device industries, working for top companies including Henry Schein and Stryker. He earned national recognition for his sales results and his ability to build trust with clients and teammates alike. Earlier in his career, he worked as a business consultant and held finance internships with GE and Schuyler Companies.
He holds an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and earned bachelor’s degrees from Northeastern University and the University of Maryland.

He lives in Maine with his wife Madison and their two children, Charlie and Eloise, and they are currently preparing to welcome a third. Outside of work, Collin enjoys time outdoors with his family and a bit of friendly competition on the golf course or volleyball court.
