Dave Woodruff grew up in Northern California but made his way to Colorado in the late 90’s to forge his path in the construction industry. He began his 25-year career as a lead purchasing agent with Richmond American Homes before starting his own window company in 2002. From there, he partnered with RbA before coming on board as a teammate. During his tenure, Dave initiated the Installation Manager role and acted as Director of Production, overseeing all installation operations throughout the state during Colorado’s explosive growth.
As a dynamic leader, Dave thrives on developing and nurturing teammates. He leads the quest towards innovation in an ever-changing industry while always remembering it is the people that make the difference.
Dave has a passion for helping others, supporting multiple veterans’ and children’s organizations in his community. He is also a staunch conservationist, working with groups throughout North America to preserve open space and wetlands for the generations to come.
Most importantly, Dave is a family man, dedicated to his wife and their creative and precocious son Lincoln Wylie Cash.
