Jason Cashion is the General Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma, where he combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach to drive growth and team performance. He began his career with Renewal by Andersen in 2014 in Austin, Texas, and gained experience across multiple departments, including finance and accounting, the call center, marketing, and sales. That path shaped him into a leader who understands both the big picture and the day-to-day.
In 2017, Jason relocated to Oklahoma to take on the General Manager role. He quickly established himself as a leader who values transparency, autonomy, and results. His management style centers on setting clear expectations, giving people the tools and support they need to succeed, and holding himself and others accountable. He believes that when teammates know what’s expected and feel trusted to deliver, great things happen.
Before joining Renewal by Andersen, Jason built a successful career in recruiting and business development with organizations like Ultimate Software, Kforce, and Aderant Holdings. His early work helped shape his passion for developing talent and building strong, resilient teams.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys golf, fishing, poker, reading, working out, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their three children.
