For the past decade, Kristin Gardner has been an integral part of the RbA team. She started as Accounting Manager, and—after proving herself as an adept business mind—transitioned quickly into the Director of Operations and Finance position. In this role, Kristin’s leadership prowess became even more apparent, and when the time came to find a new leader for RbA’s successful Greater Philadelphia territory, her track record of excellence made her the clear choice.
Kristin graduated from Syracuse University with a dual major in psychology and art history before going on to earn her MBA from Villanova University, where she concentrated in strategic management. She claims that it’s “hard to remember life pre-RbA,” but before joining the Esler Companies team, she managed the accounts for a number of prestigious companies in the fields of insurance and residential construction.
A world traveler, Kristin has lived in Switzerland and Italy, and she hopes to share this love of traveling with her family.
Kristin’s worldliness provides her with a unique perspective on the business world, making her a valuable member of the Renewal by Andersen leadership team.
