Ron’s leadership is grounded in clarity, partnership, and a belief that strong financial insight should make the business better for people, not just numbers.

A finance leader who sees beyond the numbers and focuses on helping people make better decisions.

Ron brings more than 25 years of financial and business management experience to his role, along with a practical mindset centered on “making a good situation great.” He is focused on bringing deeper insight and understanding to the organization, helping leaders make thoughtful, informed decisions that support long-term growth.

His approach to the CFO role goes beyond traditional finance. Ron combines strong technical expertise with a genuine focus on relationships, believing that trust and communication are just as important as the numbers themselves. That alignment made Esler Companies a natural fit, where the focus on people and doing business with love reflects how he leads.

Ron began his career at Ernst & Young and has since held both corporate and operational finance roles across publicly traded and privately held organizations, many with international operations. His experience working across different markets and cultures has shaped his ability to connect with people, navigate complexity, and move work forward in a collaborative way.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Ron has returned to his old stomping grounds in Smithfield. His Esler home office is right around the corner from Bryant University, where he earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees.

In his free time, Ron and his wife Kelly, married for more than 25 years, look forward to traveling and exploring the world together. For now, though, you’ll most often find them cheering on their two daughters, Olivia and Isabella, as they enjoy their college experience and start stepping out into the real world!
