Ron is focused on making a good situation great by bringing more insight and understanding to the organization and its leaders.

Achieving financial success with a human touch.

Bringing over 20 years of financial and business management experience to the team, Ron is focused on “making a good situation great” by bringing more insight and understanding to the organization and its leaders, enabling the company to continue to flourish and grow.

Ron’s unique approach to the typical CFO role combines time-tested financial expertise with a personal touch; he considers his interpersonal and people skills to be one of his core strengths – the Esler’s focus on building a people-centered culture and philosophy of doing business “with love” forged a natural connection between the two.

With a diverse professional background, Ron started his career at Ernst & Young and has worked in both Corporate and Operational finance roles at publicly traded and privately held organizations with significant international operations. As such, he has traveled all over the globe, furthering his abilities to work with people across diverse cultures and backgrounds to get the job done. In addition to being a sound finance leader, Ron thinks strategically and partners with his colleagues to help make sound business decisions that drive the results of the organization.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Ron has returned to his old stomping grounds in Smithfield, as his Esler home office is right around the corner from Bryant University, where he earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees. In his free time, he would like you to find him traveling, sitting on the beach, and enjoying time with his friends. More realistically, you will find him and his wife Kelly actively supporting their two daughters, Olivia and Isabella, in their competitive gymnastics endeavors as they travel to meets throughout the country.
