Shawn McClain is the General Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Arizona, where he draws on more than two decades of leadership in operations, sales, and business strategy to drive growth and deliver exceptional results.
Before joining Esler Companies in 2021, Shawn served as Vice President of Operations at Delta Mechanical and as Market President for Safelite AutoGlass. At Safelite, he doubled revenue and profits over five years while tripling headcount, building strong leadership infrastructure, and cultivating a performance-driven culture grounded in community connection.
Shawn began his career in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an instructor and earned recognition as a Master Training Specialist. That military foundation instilled the discipline, accountability, and mentorship mindset that has guided his leadership ever since.
Over the years, he’s led high-performing teams across logistics, warehousing, customer service, sales, and call center operations. He holds a BA in Sociology from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. A strong advocate for team development, Shawn is especially passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and building environments where people are empowered to perform at their best.
Shawn is also deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He serves on the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation Executive Council and the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley, and actively supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona. His involvement in these organizations reflects his belief that great leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve.
