Growing teams with a deep knowledge of the window and door business 

Steve Keener was born and raised in the Mid-West, where he was fortunate to learn the window and door business from the ground up working for the family Pella Window company. Keener moved with his wife and kids to Las Vegas in 2005 to go to work for Renewal by Andersen of Las Vegas as a Sales Rep. He became the General Manager in 2008 and has been privileged to work with an incredible Team that has grown from 12 people in Las Vegas, to 140 people in three states.
