Steve Tillman serves as the General Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Arizona, where he leads the organization’s operations, strategic growth, and leadership development across the market. Having built his career within the company from installer to General Manager, Steve brings a uniquely hands-on perspective to leading the business. He is focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering exceptional experiences for both homeowners and teammates. Steve is proud to lead a team committed to delivering an industry-leading homeowner experience while creating meaningful career opportunities for teammates across Arizona.
Steve’s journey with Renewal by Andersen of Arizona began in 2013 and has traversed nearly every operational function of the business. He began as an installer and later served as a service technician before advancing into multiple operational and leadership roles. This experience has given Steve a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, teamwork, and accountability required to consistently deliver outstanding results for homeowners.
Having experienced firsthand the opportunities available within the organization, Steve is passionate about developing people and creating pathways for teammates to grow into future leaders. His leadership philosophy is rooted in a teammate-first approach built on transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with the belief that investing in meaningful relationships and memorable experiences ultimately leads to exceptional teammate and homeowner experiences.
When he’s not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordyn, their two kids and three dogs, playing the occasional (and often mediocre) round of golf, or heading outdoors to hunt.
