March 2022 – Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies Rock the Red with a Big Heart.
February was Heart Health Awareness month and Esler Cos shared this awareness with teammates focusing on heart disease, stroke prevention, and hypertension. They call the program, “Rock the Red”.
The program was started to honor teammates – people that were loved and have lost to heart disease. Throughout the month, The Company provided teammates with proactive physical and nutritional information and mid-day mindfulness and at-work yoga classes to help reduce stress.
To support the mission of funding medical research and educate the public on healthy living and cardiovascular care, Esler Cos. made a $5,000 donation to the American Heart Association. Throughout the month, teammates submitted the names of loved ones who have suffered from heart disease and this donation was made in honor of them.
The company has always been dedicated to the health of teammates and in 2022 will offer wellness programs and resources through a new program called For Your Benefit. Mindfulness, meditation, and yoga classes will be available to all employees and with the help of dedicated Senior Benefits Administrator, Alicia Moran, Esler Cos. will continue to educate on how best to utilize its robust benefits package.
