February 2024 — Teammates in Southern New England decided to carve out a serene oasis – a wall flower garden with petals containing messages of positive affirmation. This innovative idea was born from a collective desire to infuse a bit of calm and encouragement into their daily work lives.
The wall flower garden dubbed the “Positive Passage,” became a canvas of powerful words and affirmations shared by teammates. But the creativity didn’t stop there. Colorful hanging umbrellas were strategically placed above the passage to “cover the team from negativity.”

Nestled within this garden of positivity was a comfy corner, complete with comfortable seating and a small table. Here, team members could take a moment for themselves, to reflect, recharge, or simply enjoy a quiet break amidst the busy day. Nearby the seating area was a coloring station, designed to stimulate the mind and encourage a few moments of creative respite.

It served as a testament to the power of coming together, even in the busiest of times, to create something beautiful and uplifting.
