May 2024Esler Companies’ teammates across the nation joined the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) “Stand-Down to Prevent Falls” training this month, aimed at reducing fall-related accidents and injuries in the construction industry.

The training covers ladder safety, equipment inspections, proper PPE usage, and safe techniques for working at heights, enhancing our teammates’ ability to install high windows safely.
