Madelyn Browning Takes the Leap
One of our standout teammates, Madelyn Browning from the Oklahoma location, recently checked skydiving off her bucket list. “It was so very awesome to be able to get to go skydiving, but to be able to do it because my job paid for/allowed me to make it happen made it that much cooler! It is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget!” said Madelyn. After waiting nearly 13 years since her first attempt at 16, she embraced this thrilling opportunity, thanks to Esler Companies.
Dollars for Disney – A Green Diamond Celebration
Another inspiring story comes from our Southern New England teammates, Natalie Meyer and Carmen Carline, who transformed a fun office challenge into the trip of a lifetime with their #DollarsForDisney initiative. By saving every Esler Buck they could, they worked tirelessly for an entire year to fund their dream vacation to Disney World. “This trip was our way of celebrating our victory after winning the prestigious Green Diamond award, which recognizes top Renewal by Andersen locations nationwide. It was the perfect way to celebrate our hard work, achievements, and unforgettable memories!” Natalie reflected on their adventure.
After months of planning and saving, the duo set off for Orlando, where they recreated cherished photo ops, enjoyed delightful meals, and even took a scenic drive in a BMW convertible. “Carmen and I still talk about this trip. It was full of laughs, thrills, and memories we’ll cherish forever,” added Natalie.
Meaningful Connections through Redemptions
In addition to incredible experiences, our redemption program emphasizes creating valuable connections. Stephen Taylor, a newer project consultant, chose to redeem lunch with Collin Burg, GM of Southern Maine. “There are plenty of cool redemption options, but to me it was most valuable to spend some time with Collin talking shop. and I’m eager to get better in my role and contribute to the great culture we have in Maine,” Stephen shared.

Travel Made Easy!
One of our Oklahoma teammates, Tanya Nash, has been making the most of her Esler Bucks by redeeming them for exciting travel experiences. This year, Tanya redeemed points for an Airbnb stay as part of a special trip to drop one of her kids off at college. “It’s been easy to redeem my Esler Bucks for travel, whether for Green Bay Packers tickets or helping with our family trip to Baltimore. The process is seamless, and it’s such a meaningful way to support these moments. Thank you to Esler Companies for making this possible!” Tanya shared.
