July 2024 — Teammates from Esler Companies’ Colorado Proximity Marketing
team recently volunteered at RoundUp Fellowship, a non-profit that
empowers individuals with neurodiversity and intellectual and
developmental disabilities.
The team didn’t just serve lunch—they made meaningful connections.
Throughout the day, teammates spent time with RoundUp clients, sharing not
only meals but also encouragement, support, and heartfelt conversations.
What began as an act of service turned into a powerful experience of
community and compassion.
“Everyone had an incredible time serving and making an impact! We had a
LEGENDARY day and are so grateful for opportunities to give back,” said Datrin
Delaney, Director of Proximity Marketing.
Since 1973, RoundUp Fellowship has provided educational and supportive
opportunities that promote dignity and independence for individuals with
disabilities. Their services include homes, a K-12 school, supported living
apartments, and in-home support for families, all aimed at helping participants
succeed at home and in society.
This volunteering effort was part of Esler Companies’ Renewal Cares Window of
Giving program, which embodies our mission of doing business with love and
giving back to our community. By actively participating in initiatives like this,
we reaffirm our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of
those around us.
