Feb 12, 2025 – This past Wednesday, teammates across Esler Companies wore their hearts on their sleeves for “Rock the Red”, a company-wide initiative in honor of American Heart Month.
Teammates from all locations embraced the cause by wearing their best Valentine’s Day outfits and submitting selfies to spread awareness. For every photo submitted, Esler Companies donated $10 to the American Heart Association (AHA) to help fund lifesaving research, heart health education, and community programs.
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide, with stroke ranking second. Since 1924, the AHA has led the fight against cardiovascular disease through advocacy, research, and public education. February is American Heart Month, a time to inspire action and promote heart health awareness.
The response to Rock the Red was overwhelming, with hundreds of teammates proudly participating. From creative Valentine’s Day outfits to heartfelt stories, the event reflected Esler Companies’ commitment to total wellness—both inside and outside the workplace.
Ayla Austin, Events and Retail Manager for Renewal by Andersen of Central Texas, shared:
“We just lost our aunt last week to heart disease. I’m so proud to work for a company that shows in so many ways the value of doing things with love.”
