This promise comes to life through the company-wide safety initiative, Stop the Bleed, Save a Life – a powerful, hands-on program designed to equip teammates with the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively respond in the moments that matter most.
Guided by the Safety and Teammate Experience Council, teammates throughout the country took part in interactive demonstrations using the new Stop the Bleed kits. Packed with tourniquets, AEDs, CPR equipment, and other essential resources, these kits provide teammates with critical emergency skills and guarantee access to help is never out of reach.

Esler Companies is devoted to maintaining a safe, responsive work environment where teammates are empowered to look out for one another. Across the network, teams have come together for various safety trainings, CPR and first aid certifications, emergency action plans, self-defense combat sessions, and more – reminding everyone that safety is a shared responsibility.
Renewal by Andersen of Colorado ignited their passion for safety with an immersive fire prevention training by the Denver Fire Department Community Risk Reduction team. From learning about different types of fires to tackling real flames with fire extinguishers, teammates left with invaluable fire safety knowledge and ready to handle any heated situation.
