Culture that Cares: Esler Companies Honors Mental Health Awareness Month with Exemplary Teammate Wellness Programs

May 31, 2025 – Mental health support at Esler Companies is a year-round priority, woven into how teammates connect, lead, and care for one another. Powered by a people-first culture, the company is committed to fostering a workplace where wellness comes first.

Mental Health Awareness Month encouraged teammates to slow down, check in, and support each other. From individual reflections to Esler-wide wellness efforts, May reminded everyone that even small acts of care create meaningful change.

Here’s how Esler Companies turned awareness into action this month:

  • Wellness Monday emails delivered weekly boosts of inspiration and wellness tips.
  • The Employee Assistance Program continues to offer free, confidential counseling sessions and other benefits.
  • Renewal by Andersen of Colorado teamed up with Denver Yoga Social for an in-office yoga session that promoted community wellness and midweek relaxation.
  • Virtual workshops like Three Secrets to Transform Chronic Stress into Peace gave teammates tools to manage stress in their personal and professional lives.
  • Renewal by Andersen of Southern New England’s Smithfield office invited The Backrub Company to relieve workday tension with complimentary chair massages.
  • An after-hours Paint Party brought teammates together to use art as a creative outlet for stress relief.

Renewal by Andersen of North Texas joined NAMIWalks to raise funds and awareness for the National Alliance on Mental Illness during Esler’s Mental Health Week.

Across the network, teammates tuned in to the Esler Reset – a 30-minute virtual meditation and yoga session led by Esler teammate Demitria Comforti, a certified mindfulness practitioner and yoga instructor.

Comforti, the Sales Operations Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Southern New England, shared:  

“In a time where connection and self-care are more important than ever, the Esler Reset was a powerful way to bring wellness to teammates. The session combined gentle movement, breathwork, and mental health awareness. Teammates experienced a reconnection to body and mind and left with tools they’ll carry into their every day.

The response was overwhelmingly positive. One teammate shared:  

“I loved that I had time to stretch and meditate – two things I know I want to do more but never set aside time for. Thank you, Esler Companies, for showing love and care to us teammates!”
