Renewal by Andersen of Colorado Team Rallies to Support Local Homeowner in Time of Need

Pueblo, CO — February 28, 2026 — At Esler Companies, being invited into a customer’s home is more than part of the job – it’s a privilege. And often, the most meaningful moments have nothing to do with windows and doors, and everything to do with the people inside.

Project Consultant Zach Bubis first met longtime Pueblo resident Roxanne in early November 2025 for what was expected to be a routine sales appointment. She had lived in her home since it was built in 1974, filling it with decades of family memories. Eager to make improvements, she chose to move forward with plans to replace her windows.

In the weeks that followed, Bubis and the team were unable to connect with Roxanne to schedule her installation. When they couldn’t get in touch, Bubis stopped by her home to check in, where he learned her Parkinson’s disease had progressed far more quickly than anyone expected. As her care needs increased, her family faced difficult decisions, including whether they could move forward with the project at all.

Something didn’t feel right when we couldn’t reach Roxanne, especially knowing how much she had been looking forward to improving her home,” Bubis said. “After seeing what she and her family were going through, I knew we needed to step in and support them.”

As plans came together, the team quickly mobilized to support the effort.

“We reached out to our installation team and explained the situation. Within the first 10 minutes, we had eight volunteers willing to give up their Saturday for a good cause,” said Igor Nazarchuk, Production Manager. “It was incredible to see the team come together for this family.”

The project was deeply meaningful for Roxanne and her family. Her son, Tony Siffring – now caring for her in the home he grew up in – shared his gratitude for the team’s generosity.

“This is incredibly helpful, and we’re so grateful,” Siffring said. “It’s going to allow us to keep her in her home for hopefully a while longer and we really appreciate that.”

“Spending time with Roxanne and her family put everything in perspective,” said Sarah Hoard, Sales Manager. “It was a reminder of why we do what we do. It’s about more than projects – it’s about people and showing up when it matters most.”

The effort reflects the company’s “With Love” philosophy – an approach that puts people at the center of every interaction.

That’s what ‘With Love’ is all about,” said one installer. “I’m grateful to Renewal by Andersen for giving us the opportunity to support a homeowner in need and serve our community.”
