October 24, 2024 – Teammates at Renewal by Andersen of Arizona rolled up their sleeves for the 17th Annual Paul’s Pay It Forward Car Wash, a week-long, televised celebration benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ).
Hosted by Arizona’s Family Meteorologist Paul Horton, this event brings together corporate and community volunteers to wash hundreds of cars while raising funds and awareness for BBBSAZ’s life-changing mentorship programs. Over the years, it has grown into a full-scale community celebration, featuring live entertainment, celebrity guests, and a shared commitment to uplifting local youth.
With 25 teammates on deck, the Arizona crew washed more than 40 vehicles—from police cruisers to the Channel 3 News Van—all in support of BBBSAZ’s mission: creating one-on-one mentoring relationships that help kids reach their full potential.
But their impact didn’t stop there. Esler Companies proudly donated $10,000 to help BBBSAZ continue its incredible work, ensuring more young people have the guidance and support they need to thrive.

In true Esler spirit, teammates didn’t just wash cars—they raised additional funds with every vehicle and handed out over 800 air fresheners to donors, leaving behind a little fresh air and a lot of goodwill.
