Ten Teammates Honored for Leading with Love and Making a Lasting Impact
January 2025 – Esler Companies is proud to announce the ten 2024 Ambassador of Love Grand Prize Winners—teammates who’ve gone above and beyond their roles to make a meaningful difference for others.
Each month, teammates across Esler’s ten locations nominate fellow teammates who demonstrate extraordinary kindness—whether it’s lifting up a teammate, delighting a customer, or serving their community in a unique way. From those monthly honorees, each territory selects one annual Grand Prize Winner who exemplifies what it means to lead with love.
As a thank-you, each winner received 10,000 Esler Bucks, which can be redeemed for local experiences, gift cards, Esler gear, or donations to causes close to their hearts.
