August 6, 2025 – The Women of Esler: Accelerated Speaker Series welcomed Breegan Jane, designer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and proud Renewal by Andersen Brand Ambassador, for a heartfelt conversation on Work-Life Balance and Well-Being.
A passionate blogger, TV host, children’s book author, mother of two, and more; Breegan uses her platform to Lead with Love – advocating for representation and inclusion for women and children around the world.
Breegan spoke from the heart about being raised in a transracial adoptive family and how her career often challenges identity, work-life balance, and the pressure of doing enough. She reminded teammates that with kindness and confidence, everything falls into place.
Breegan shared:
“I see difference as a superpower. I think when it comes to being a woman in business, your individuality and optimism are your strengths. Life isn’t always perfect, but stepping out of your comfort zone is what creates our resilience. Stop trying to fit the mold. Make your own!”
Breegan’s message hit home for Esler Companies, which strives to create a work environment rooted in empathy and equality, empowering teammates not only as professionals, but as people.
