Norman, Oklahoma – September 2025 – Over the past six months, Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma teammates put their values into action at HUB107, a peer-led drop-in center serving Oklahoma City.

HUB107, part of the Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center, is a safe haven for anyone in need of basic resources, understanding, and community. For those battling mental health, addiction, trauma, and more, the HUB provides tangible and empathetic support until they’re back on their feet.

Here’s how Oklahoma teammates built hope at the HUB:
- Purchased a washer and dryer so visitors could do laundry with dignity and ease
- Donated over 200 pairs of jeans through the team’s Denim Days initiative, stocking the HUB’s open closet with essentials
- Built a 24/7 food pantry and library, offering round-the-clock access to free meals and books
Organized several donation drives to collect tents, sleeping bags, coats, and more

Maddy Browning, Warehouse Associate at Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma, is one of the most dedicated teammates at HUB107. She is leading efforts to build a protective fence around the HUB’s garden, where visitors grow their own food and learn valuable life skills.

Maddy’s connection to HUB107 goes beyond volunteering. Her father, once unhoused and struggling with substance abuse, is now four years sober and working at the HUB as a licensed Mental Health Case Manager. “This is full circle for me,” Maddy shared. “Representing Esler while helping at the HUB, alongside my dad who now dedicates his life to serving others, leaves me feeling incredibly blessed and fulfilled at the end of the day.”
This summer, HUB107 celebrated its third anniversary and recognized Esler Companies as a devoted partner in the center’s growth and influence.
JR Holaday, Director of Compliance and Development at HUB107, reflected on the partnership, saying, “It’s not every day you get to create a program to help a disenfranchised and vilified community. A special THANK YOU to our very much appreciated partners at Esler Companies for their diligence and dedication to supporting and helping our program become an even better environment in 2025.”

Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma’s partnership with HUB107 continues to uphold Esler Companies deep-rooted commitment to inspiring change beyond the workplace, bringing local communities together through care and connection.
