Tempe, AZ — October 1, 2025 — Esler Companies is proud to announce the promotion of Steve Tillman to General Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Arizona. With over 13 years of dedicated service, Steve brings a wealth of operational experience and a deep understanding of the business to his new leadership role.
Steve began his journey with RbA Arizona in the Service department and has since contributed across nearly every operational function. For the past eight years, he has successfully led the Installation team as Director of Production, demonstrating a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to excellence.
“Steve is a leader whose character matches his experience,” said Jon Erickson, COO of Esler Companies. “Simply put, Steve Tillman is a balanced mix of both tenured experience and great character – the makings of a great leader.”
Steve credits much of his personal and professional success to his wife, Jordyn. “Jordyn is the main reason we’ve been able to achieve what we have in life. She’s been my partner every step of the way, and I couldn’t do this without her,” Steve shared.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys life in Arizona with Jordyn, their two children, and three dogs. He’s a proud Oregon Duck, a passionate Manchester United supporter, and a lover of music across all genres. His diverse background includes owning two arcade bars in Phoenix, living in East Malaysia, and spending time hunting and fishing.
