As part of the Esler | RbA Event & Retail Team Summit, company leaders participated in a hands-on team-building initiative to assemble winter care bags and toiletry kits. These essential kits will be distributed directly to local shelters and outreach organizations through Circle of Hope, ensuring immediate and meaningful impact for those in need.
