During a recent conversation with a homeowner, Esler Companies teammate River Licci learned that the customer and her family were going through an incredibly difficult time. A few days later, the homeowner received a surprise. A wind chime arrived at her home as a small reminder that someone was thinking about her.
River didn’t expect to hear anything more about it. But not long after, she received a call from the homeowner’s daughter, Susan. Susan explained that when her mother received the wind chime, she immediately called the family to tell them about it.
“My mom said, ‘You will not believe what I just got. This is from the window company!’ We were absolutely floored,” Susan shared. “The kindness you showed meant so much to us. We will never, ever forget it.”
Hearing the impact of such a small act was an equally emotional experience for River.
