April 19–25, 2026 — Esler Companies joined teams across the national Renewal by Andersen network for this year’s Renewal Week of Service, aligned with National Volunteer Week.
During the week, teams across Esler Companies gave back to the communities where they live and work through a range of local efforts. This included partnering with Rebuilding Together for neighborhood cleanups, supporting Special Olympics of Rhode Island, and organizing donations for the Central Texas Food Bank. In Southern New England, a local effort with We See You provided clothing and essential items to 40 individuals in need, led in part by teammate Tommy Bonura.
“What I have learned about giving is that if you help the person next to you first and worry about yourself less, all of a sudden you have nothing to worry about,” said Bonura, Sales Manager of RbA of Southern New England. “Seeing what our network does through Renewal Cares just reinforces that I’m in the right place.”
Another standout effort was HeroDay, in partnership with HeroBox, which supports service members deployed overseas. Esler Companies teammates packed more than 700 care packages built from wish lists submitted by deployed heroes.
“The HeroDay program is an excellent chance to pay it forward,” said Colleen Colvin, Inside Sales Confirmation Specialist. “Military life isn’t easy. A small reminder of home can mean a lot, and that connection matters.”
These efforts are led by Renewal Cares Council representatives across the business, who bring their teams’ passions to life through local action. At Esler Companies, that means providing the time and support to show up and take action in the communities they care about.
