The Power of Small Moments at Esler Companies

[April 2026] — Culture is often shaped by the moments between the work. Esler Companies’ Teammate Experience Council exists to make that belief visible — through programs, events, and moments that help every teammate feel seen, celebrated, and part of something special.

Here is a look at what that work looked like across Esler Companies markets in Q1 2026.

Seeing Green

After a Green Diamond sweep at the 2026 Renewal by Andersen Diamond Awards, Esler Companies celebrated the way it does most things: together. Green Diamond parties brought food, games, and prizes to markets across the organization, with the focus squarely on the teammates who earned it.

Outside the Office

Some of Q1’s most memorable moments happened away from the normal workday. Arizona’s Tempe Warehouse team gathered at K1 Speed for a Q1 outing. Maine held a full field day complete with dodgeball, paper airplane contests, kickball, and other classic team challenges.

Inside the Office

Not every meaningful moment requires leaving the building. The Communication and Marketing Centers hosted a team gear pop-up store where teammates shopped the Esler Marketplace and left with something they were proud to wear. Several markets recognized installation teams with Monday Motivation breakfasts — a simple but intentional way to recognize the frontline teammates who make it all happen. Maine extended that appreciation further, hosting installers and their families at a Maine Mariners hockey game.

Seasonal Celebrations

Valentine’s Day in Philadelphia looked a little different than most. Teammates spent the day making cards and delivering gifts to seniors in local nursing homes — a small gesture that reflected Esler Companies’ commitment to showing up for the communities around them.

St. Patrick’s Day was a company-wide moment, with most markets participating through bingo, scratch cards, green gear, and goodie bags. As spring arrived, North Texas gathered for acai bowls and Southern New England kicked off a spirit week. And of course, Easter brought egg hunts, treats, and prizes.

“Culture is built through the small moments that make people feel seen,” said Gosia Baran, Teammate Experience Council Lead. “That’s what the TMX Council is all about: creating meaningful experiences that bring teammates together and make Esler Companies a place people are proud to be part of.”

On the surface, these may seem like small things. A breakfast. A hockey game. A team outing. A goodie bag. But culture is often shaped by the little things. Over time, experiences like these help teammates feel appreciated, connected, and part of something bigger than themselves.
