February 2021 – Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies places people at the heart of what they do, so it’s no surprise they put their teammates first in all decisions and actions. The Company launched a Rock the Red campaign for the month of February. With organizations such as the American Heart Association and others working together, millions of people are enjoying longer, healthier lives. But despite all the progress, heart disease remains the single largest health threat to Americans.
Esler Companies has lost beloved teammates and family members to undiagnosed heart conditions. There is a real opportunity to bring awareness to health and heart health. Esler Companies’ intention is to share the love of learning about health and to make a difference in the lives of their teammates and families. During a time when many are staying home – exercise and mental health are paramount.
Esler Companies’ mantra is to do business “with Love.” They start with caring for teammates first and ensuring they have the tools and resources to live a healthy life. The events throughout the month consists of Rock the Red day where teammates take selfies for $5.00 donations to the American Heart Association, paid for by the Company. In addition, free weekly workouts over zoom are offered and a plethora of daily tips and health advice shared.
The Window of Giving Program at Esler Companies sponsors and drives teammate engagement events with a direct tie back to the communities in which they do business. For each Renewal by Andersen window installed, $5 supports the Window of Giving program, providing paid volunteer time, “wish list” donations, grant funding and sponsorships, and a 3:1 corporate match. Window of Giving encourages and supports our teammates to volunteer with non-profit organizations that are important to them and serve the greater good. At Esler Companies, they fully recognize that their people work hard and often do not have the spare time they’d like to contribute to the causes that are important to them. This program enables their teammates to contribute to worthy causes while at work.
