May 2021 – Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies places people at the heart of what they do, so it’s no surprise they put their teammates safety first in all decisions and actions.  The Company participated in The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) National Stand Down to Prevent Falls in Construction last week, May 3rd – 7th.

Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies provided Production and Operations teammates an opportunity to join in the safety training program for construction. This program was a hybrid refresher training on ladder safety, fall prevention, scaffolding safety all part of a Heights Program. The Company procured new equipment to add to the inventory and let teammates hands on try equipment and techniques as a part of this effort.

Safety Director Josh Besnoff commented, “It’s critical we participate in these programs to keep our teammates, customers, and the community safe. It’s training our people to take the extra precaution, so they go home at night the same way they arrived in the morning.” Each territory was awarded certificates of recognition directly from OSHA.
