The Company has a voice of the teammate program to gather the teammate’s voices and make improvements as a result. Installing a misting water spray and cooling vents at the entrance of the warehouse was one simple improvement made as a result of teammate suggestions! In the warm temperatures, this is a wonderful benefit for the teammates.

When adding artwork for the walls, one of the teammates had an idea to set up a mural-sized paint by number and invite the entire office to join in – paint a few sections, listen to music, and engage with other teammates. A culture of ideas and engagement is what you will find here!

The leadership team will sponsor a teammate event and celebration in the coming months to show appreciation and recognition for living out the values and achieving this award. This is a unique organization that strives to do business with love.
