December 2023 – Esler Cos. | Renewal by Andersen has a lot to celebrate in 2023. Eight of their locations won the designation of Top Workplace this year, as well as achieving the Top Workplace USA prize. To round things out, they also won in many of the Culture Awards categories.
This is the Company’s second consecutive year earning the designation of Top Workplace USA.
The Top Workplace Awards program celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving teammates a voice. The Top Workplace USA award is based entirely on feedback from a teammate engagement survey completed by employees. The research-backed survey is driven by the industry’s most robust benchmarks built on data captured from tens of millions of teammates at thousands of organizations across the past 17 years and Esler Cos. is proud to have over 83% of their teammates participating this year.
