October 15, 2025 – Esler Companies concluded its 2025 Women of Esler: Accelerate Speaker Series with a compelling session led by the Echelon Front team, spotlighting how women can lead at every level by applying the principles of Extreme Ownership to everyday challenges.
The session featured Corey Mize, Director of the Extreme Ownership Academy, and Meg Miller, Learning & Development Program Manager and Women’s Assembly Coordinator. Drawing from backgrounds in military leadership and collegiate coaching, Corey and Meg delivered actionable insights on how personal responsibility, clear communication, and decisive action build trust and elevate leadership.
“It isn’t about having all the answers,” Corey shared. “It’s about owning the process and showing up for your team with purpose.”
Participants explored Echelon Front’s Laws of Combat, tools that empower leaders to take responsibility, collaborate effectively, and drive results.
The session encouraged open dialogue through live polls and teammate reflections. Attendees shared challenges around decision-making under pressure and balancing empathy with authority.
