Esler Companies Launches Nationwide Campus Recruiting Program to Connect with Emerging Talent

March 2025 marked the launch of Esler Companies’ ambitious Campus Recruiting Program, designed to build brand recognition and foster meaningful connections with students across the country.

Esler Companies, a leader in teammate experience and innovation, has initiated a dynamic recruiting effort aimed at engaging college students through career fairs, branded events, and strategic sponsorships. The program targets students for roles in sales and marketing, with a focus on direct engagement and long-term relationship building. We spoke to NiCollette Victor, Campus Relations Manager at Esler Companies, and she said, “We’re not just showing up – we’re showing students what it means to be part of a company that values creativity, growth, and connection. Our goal is to make Esler RbA a name they remember and a place they aspire to join.”

Program Highlights:

  • Reach: Contacted 70 colleges across the East Coast, with over 80 confirmed career fair registrations.
  • Teammate Involvement: 20–25 Esler teammates actively participating in events and presentations.
  • Sponsorships: We aim to partner with one school per territory, totaling nine sponsored institutions.

Spotlight Events:

  • At the University of Southern Maine, Esler hosted a Mocktail Hour featuring a mock interview led by David Russell, engaging 50 students in interactive learning. A branded booth and marketing materials showcased Esler’s commitment to student development. A follow-up networking dinner is planned for April 2026, expecting over 100 attendees.
  • At the University of Nevada, Esler placed a half-page ad in the “Back to School Career Guide,” reaching 8,000 students and parents at the start of Fall 2025.

At the University of Rhode Island, the team hosted a career fair and participated in a career sales panel.

Territorial Participation Includes: Southern New England, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Texas (Central & North), and Oklahoma—with colleges such as UConn, CU Boulder, ASU, Penn State Abington, and UT Dallas among the many engaged.
